VESTA is a sustainability consultancy that provides tailored strategies and innovative solutions for both real estate and businesses. The company prioritises its ESG initiatives and aims to create an ESG management solution.
To support this goal, they sought an experienced IT partner capable of conducting a comprehensive business analysis. This analysis would not only assess their current ESG practices but also providevaluable insights and estimates for developing an effective, scalable ESG management solution in the future.
Our team conducted a comprehensive stakeholder analysis to ensure alignment with the company's goals. We then developed a full backlog of use cases and scenarios to guide the project, followed by an information map to structure the required data. Additionally, we carried out a high-level technology assessment and architecture to outline the technical framework.
We also created a solution roadmap, outlining the project's stages in a high-level, abstract format. For effort estimation, we provided confident projections for the MVP and indicative estimates for non-MVP elements. The budget was defined around the implementation phase in alignment with VESTA's objectives.
Our analysis gave VESTA a clear understanding of their current ESG practices and a roadmap for developing a scalable management solution. By aligning the project with stakeholder goals and providing a solid technical framework, we ensured the system would meet both current and future needs.
