How We Deliver RDARR Compliance

01

Assessment

We review the data flows behind your risk reports and rate each gap.
02

Roadmap

We turn the gaps into a prioritised plan with milestones and named owners.
03

Data architecture & pipelines

Where the assessment shows fragmented sources, we connect them into a single risk data layer.
04

Lineage & data quality

We close lineage and quality gaps by documenting data at attribute level and setting quality thresholds.
05

Risk reporting automation

We replace the manual steps and spreadsheets identified in the assessment with automated risk reports.
06

Ongoing support

We track progress against the original findings, monitor controls, and prepare evidence for ECB reviews and on-site inspections.

FAQ

Do we need a new data platform?

Not necessarily. We usually add lineage and quality controls to your current platform. We suggest a new one only if the current platform cannot deliver reports on time.

Can you implement a roadmap written by another consultancy?

Yes. We start from your existing roadmap and gap register, check the priorities and move straight to implementation.

How much does an RDARR gap assessment cost?

The assessment has a fixed price, which we agree after an introductory call. Implementation is priced by phase or as a dedicated team at a monthly rate.
