Baltic Amadeus' App Wins Golden Arrow at ADrenalinas Festival

On June 10, the mobile app 'My Blood,' developed by Baltic Amadeus, received a Golden Arrow at the Lithuanian advertising festival ADrenalinas. The project was awarded in the Pro bono / self-advertising category, highlighting its strong social impact and creative execution.

Standing out in a competitive field

This year's festival brought together a highly competitive lineup of creative work. A total of 258 entries were submitted across all categories, with only 105 projects shortlisted for final consideration.

In the Pro bono / self-advertising category, Baltic Amadeus competed alongside 10 other standout projects created by leading Lithuanian creative and communication agencies. Winning the Golden Arrow in this category reflects both the quality of execution and the meaningful purpose behind the project.

About the 'My Blood' mobile app development

The 'My Blood' app was designed as a social initiative to increase awareness and transparency around blood donation. The project aims to make the donation process easier to understand and more engaging for the public.

Key goals of the app include:

  • Explaining the full blood donation process in a clear and accessible way.
  • Visually presenting the journey of donated blood, from donor to recipient.
  • Encouraging people to become regular, responsible donors.
  • Promoting the value and impact of voluntary, unpaid blood donation.

By combining intuitive design with innovative technology, the app transforms what is often seen as a complex or distant process into something personal, visible, and meaningful.

A collaboration for social impact

The project was developed in collaboration with the National Blood Center and DNB Bank, bringing together expertise from healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. This partnership helped ensure both the credibility of the information and the initiative's reach.

'We are very happy that the social project created by Baltic Amadeus' team and our partners, the National Blood Centre and DNB Bank, has been recognised once again. We are proud of our team, whose ideas and creative solutions, combined with new technologies, help demonstrate the power and importance of IT in everyday life,' says Vitalis Kavaliauskas, CTO at Baltic Amadeus.

Recognition beyond ADrenalinas

The success of 'My Blood' extends beyond the ADrenalinas festival. The app was also recognised as the most successful mobile content solution of the year in the 'Naujasis knygnešys' competition, an award that celebrates innovation and excellence in digital content.

A strong debut at ADrenalinas

This marked Baltic Amadeus' first participation in the ADrenalinas advertising festival, making the win especially significant. Taking home a Golden Arrow on debut highlights the company's ability to combine creativity, technology, and social purpose into impactful digital solutions.
