The client is a well-established car transportation service provider operating across the European Union. Its services include car transporter rentals, on-demand long-distance drivers and professional logistics management solutions.

In response to changing customer needs and increasing demand for digital convenience, the company decided to launch a new platform to facilitate fast, reliable, and transparent used-car trading. The objective was to create a seamless marketplace experience for buyers and sellers while leveraging the company's logisticsexpertise.

To realise this ambition, the client sought a technology partner with deep knowledge of the logistics and transportation sector and a strong technical foundation. Baltic Amadeus was selected to design and develop a used car trading platform capable of serving customers across the EU and beyond.

The team worked closely with the client's in-house product owner to develop a web-based marketplace platform tailored to the EU market.
