With rising customer demand for mobile-first financial services, ConnectPay decided to develop a dedicated mobile banking application. The company sought a white-label solution provider with proven experience and the ability to accelerate time to market.
Baltic Amadeus became the ideal partner, offering its white-label mobile banking solution – FinCell. With robust out-of-the-box functionality, FinCell enabled ConnectPay to customise the solution to meet its specific business and user requirements.
Working closely with ConnectPay, the Baltic Amadeus team upgraded the existing two-factor authentication app to a full-featured mobile banking application using the FinCell white-label solution. The app’s design was customised to match ConnectPay's brand identity, while bespoke animations were introduced to enhance the overall user experience.
The new ConnectPay mobile app supports secure authorisation via username, password, and one-time password (OTP). Users can also enable passcodes or biometric authentication for additional security. The app allows customers to view account balances, switch between users, make payments, access transaction history, and manage card details.
All security and compliance requirements are backed by ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications. The development process was carried out by experts certified in CISSP, CDPSE, and CISA. The application delivers consistent functionality across both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) platforms.
The newly launched mobile app fully supports ConnectPay's objectives by meeting customer expectations for quick and effortless access to financial services. With just a few clicks, users can manage accounts, check balances, make payments, and review transaction history.
