Despite pandemic challenges, the industry continues to grow through technology-driven solutions. Recognising this, Bitė Group, the leading digital services company in the Baltics, developed a robust B2B sales management solution.
We present this case study showcasing the successful partnership between Bitė and Baltic Amadeus in delivering a B2B sales application that optimises sales processes end-to-end.
Bitė is a leading digital services company offering integrated mobile, media, fixed broadband, and Pay TV services. Established in 2005, the company is now owned by the global US investment firm Providence Equity Partners. Bitė unites telecommunications companies in Lithuania (Bitė Lietuva, Mezon) and Latvia (Bite Latvija, Baltcom LV), as well as media businesses across the Baltic states, including Estonia (TV3 Group: Home3, Go3 OTT, M-1, and others).
As Bitė’s B2B sales expanded, the company began facing technical challenges with its legacy B2B sales management application. Slow performance and system limitations created operational bottlenecks, prompting the need for a new, more efficient solution.
When selecting a technology partner, Bitė sought a dedicated IT team with proven expertise in architecture design, development, UI/UX, and overall solution delivery. Baltic Amadeus met all these requirements and was chosen as the project partner.


Baltic Amadeus divided the project into two main phases. First, the team implemented new technical capabilities to ensure smooth and efficient B2B sales management. Second, additional functionality was developed to enable easier andfaster sales of new products and services.
To resolve performance issues and maximise application speed, Baltic Amadeus combined a range of modern technologies, including Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Oracle DB, MySQL, React, and Material UI.
Throughout the project, the team delivered end-to-end services, from technical leadership, architecture, analysis, and project management to UI/UX design, development, and quality assurance, resulting in a high-performing application with a seamless user experience.
The new B2B sales management application enables Bitė's employees across different sales channels to work efficiently within a single system. As a result, training and onboarding time for new employees has been significantly reduced.
The solution also delivers broader operational benefits, including simplified and optimised sales processes and shorter execution times.
In addition, the application supports new revenue streams by allowing Bitė to introduce new products and services quickly, helping the company respond faster to changing market demand.
